穴位注射治疗功能性消化不良37例临床观察

Clinical observation on 37 cases of functional dyspepsia treated by acupoint-injection

目的 :探讨治疗功能性消化不良 (functionaldyspepsia ,FD)的有效方法。方法 :选择我院门诊FD病人 70例 ,随机分为治疗组 37例和对照组 33例。治疗组用VitB1、VitB12 两种注射液混合注入肝俞、胃俞、足三里等穴进行治疗 ;对照组服用吗叮啉。经 4周治疗后统计疗效。结果 :治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (χ2 =2 6 35 ,P <0 0 0 5 )。结论 :运用穴位注射法治疗FD疗效肯定 ,值得深入探讨和推广运用。

Objective To explore effective therapy for functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods Seventy outpatients were randomly divided into a treatment group (n=37) and a control group (n=33). The treatment group were treated by injection of the combined injectio of VitB 1 and VitB 12 into Ganshu (BL 18), Weishu (BL 21), Zusanli (ST 36), and the control group were treated by oral administration of Motilium. After treatment of 4 weeks, the therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.005). Conclusion The acupoint-injection therapy has a definite therapeutic effect, being worth studying.
