摘要
对随机抽取的45份烟草种质资源苗期叶片的含钾量进行了测定(苗期试验采用完全随机设计,重复3次),并对其中14份烟草资源大田期叶片的含钾量进行了测定(大田试验采用随机排列、不设重复)。采用方差分析法对烟草苗期不同基因型间的叶片含钾量的差异显著性进行了检验,估算了烟草苗期叶片含钾量的广义遗传力和遗传变异系数;对其中14份烟草资源大田期的叶片含钾量与其苗期叶片含钾量进行了相关分析。结果表明,烟草苗期叶片的含钾量在不同的基因型之间存在着极显著差异,其广义遗传力h2B穴%雪为49.45,遗传变异系数gcv穴%雪为12.76;烟草大田期的叶片含钾量与烟草苗期叶片含钾量之间呈直线相关关系,相关系数r=0.6198熏达到显著水平(r0.05熏12=0.532)。大田烟叶含钾量y和苗期烟叶含钾量x之间的直线回归方程为y=-0.3458+0.4278x,x∈眼2.8熏5.0演。
The content of potassium in leaves of tobacco seedling of 45 genotypes which was random draw-out was measured(complete randomized design, 3 replication). The content of potassium in leaves of tobacco plant of 14 genotypes in field was surveied(randomized design,no repeat).The difference markedness of the content of potassium in leaves of tobacco seedling was checked up among different genotypes with the variance analysis method, and the heritability in the broad sense, genetic variation coefficient of the content of potassium in leaves of tobacco seedling was estimated. Correlation analysis between the content of potassium in leaves of tobacco plant and that of in tobacco seedling of 14 genotypes was carried out.The results indicated that there was the significant difference in the content of potassium in leaves of tobacco seedling among different genotypes, and its h2B (%) was 49.45, genetic variation coefficient gcv(%) was 12.76. There was a linear correlation between the content of potassium in leaves of tobacco plant and that of tobacco seedling , correlation coefficient r=0.6198*(r0.05,12 =0.532),The linear regression equation between y, the content of potassium in leaves of tobacco plant and x , that of in tobacco seedling was y=-0.3458+0.4278x,x∈.
