无张力阴道吊带术治疗女性压力性尿失禁

Surgical therapy of female stress urinary incontinence using tension-free vaginal tape

目的 探讨无张力阴道吊带术 (TVT)治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法 接受治疗的女性压力性尿失禁患者 2 9例。在阴道前壁与尿道之间用Vesica穿刺针向耻骨联合上缘的皮下穿刺 ,引出TVT网带 ,术中用膀胱镜监视。结果 随访 4～ 4 2个月 ,平均 2 3个月。治愈 2 6例 ,明显改善 3例 ,无失败病例。结论 无张力阴道吊道术是一种治愈率高 ,操作简单 ,恢复快 ,并发症少的治疗女性压力性尿失禁的方法 ,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the tension-free vaginal tape(TVT)procedure for female stress urinary incontinence.Methods 29 cases with stress urinary incontinence were treated using TVT via the anterior vaginal wall incision puncture toward the pubic superior edge.Cystoscopy was performed during operation.Results The mean follow up period was 23 months(ranged from 4 to 42).26 cases were cured and 3 cases improved.No failure occurred.Conclusion The tension-free vaginal tape procedure is simple,safe and effective for female stress urinary incontinence.
