重组人促红细胞生成素对维持性血液透析患者血清瘦素水平的影响 被引量:1

Effect of recombination human erythropoietin on serum leptin levels in maintenance hemodialysis patients

摘要 目的 观察重组人促红细胞生成素 (rhuEPO)对慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析 (MHD)患者血清瘦素水平的影响。方法 采用放射免疫分析法测定血清瘦素水平 ,观察MHD患者使用rhuEPO前后血清瘦素浓度的变化。结果 MHD患者应用rhuEPO前血清瘦素水平为男 (5 .6 6± 4 .78) μg/L ,女(10 .6 4± 6 .93) μg/L;应用 2周后为男 (4 .79± 4 .31) μg/L ,女 (9.0 6± 5 .2 8) μg/L ;应用 4周后为男(4 .0 1± 3.6 8) μg/L,女 (7.4 8± 4 .72 ) μg/L ;应用 8周后为男 (3.98± 3.5 7) μg/L ,女 (7.4 2± 4 .5 2 ) μg/L。 结论 MHD患者的血清瘦素水平显著高于正常人群 ,注射rhuEPO后能显著降低患者血清瘦素水平 ,但不能降至正常人群的水平。 Objective To observe the effect of recombination human erythropoietin (rhuEPO )on serum leptin levels(SLL) in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients with chronic renal failure.Methods SLL was determined by radioimmunoassay before and after use of rhuEPO in MHD patients.Results Before use of rhuEPO,SLL of MHD patients was(5.66±4.78)μg/L in male vs(10.64±6.93)μg/L and in female.In 2 weeks after use of rhuEPO,it was(4.79±4.31)μg/L in male vs(9.06±5.28)μg/L and in female;In 4 weeks after it was (4.01±3.68)μg/L in male vs(7.48±4.72)μg/L and in female;In 8 weeks after use of rhuEPO it was (3.98±3.57)μg/L in male vs(7.42±4.52)μg/L and in female.Conclusion SLL in MHD patients with chronic renal failure is significantly increased;which may be reduced by rhuEPO in MHD patients.
