摘要
目的 探讨中药复方药代动力学的研究方法。方法 以本研究室研制的解热新药YL2 0 0 0为研究对象 ,使用高效液相技术检测了该药中黄芩苷和小檗碱在发热大鼠体内的药代动力学 ;同时以解热为指标 ,研究该药的效应动力学。然后 ,采用医学统计学原理对黄芩苷和小檗碱的时量曲线及解热作用的时效曲线作相关分析。结果 YL2 0 0 0解热作用的时效曲线和黄芩苷在发热大鼠体内的时量曲线之间呈负相关 (r =- 0 8312 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,而与小檗碱无关 (r =0 0 136 8,P >0 5 )。结论 黄芩苷可以作为YL2 0 0 0解热作用的指示性成分 ;如果将YL2 0 0 0用于解热 ,可以选择黄芩苷的药动学表示YL2 0 0 0的药动学。
Aim To study pharmacokinetics of compound chinese herb preparation. Methods A new compound chinese herb preparation YL2000 developed by our laboratory was selected for the research object. We conducted an investigation into pharmacokinetics of baicalin and berberine in YL2000 in febrile rats and kinetics of YL2000 antifebrile effect and performed correlation analysis between the plasma concentration-time curve of baicalin and berberine and the effect-time curve of YL2000. Results The effect-time data of YL2000 antifebrile action was found to have a negative relation with the plasma concentration-time curve of baicalin but have no relation with berberine. Conclusion Baicalin could be regarded as a marker of YL2000 antifebrile effect, and YL2000 could be used to treat fever according to the disposition of baicalin.
