嗜酸粒细胞与支气管哮喘的治疗 被引量:2

摘要 支气管哮喘是由嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)浸润为主的气道慢性炎症。白细胞介素-5(IL-5)和嗜酸粒细胞特异性趋化因子(eotaxin)均选择性作用于EOS,在哮喘发病机制中起重要作用。抗IL-5单克隆抗体、调控IL-5基因转录、可溶性IL-5受体α链、编码IL-5的DNA疫苗、抗eotaxin的受体CCR3抗体以及针对IL-5和eotaxin联合治疗哮喘的研究已经取得了一定的进展,开发有效的药物或治疗方法从多个层面对EOS进行干预的联合治疗,将是今后研究的重要内容之一。
