摘要
本文遵照GB8069--87国家标准并根据位置量规的使用检验原理,对量规工作尺寸进行了分析。提出了公差概率综合原则和公差代数综合原则。还采用互补方法解决因公差过严而引起加工困难和因磨损不均而引起超差的问题。
In this paper the working sizes of a position gauge have been analyzed based on China National Standard GB8069-87 and principle of verification and using. Principle of tolerance probability synthesis and tolerance algebraic synthesis are brought out by the author and a tolerance complementary method is also present for solving some over-allowance sizes of a position gauge in manufacturing process due to the fine size tolerance and non-uniform abrasion in use.
