优化取跷方法的研究

重新定义了跷度的概念及形成原因 ,揭示了取跷的实质。通过对 5种传统取跷方法的比较研究发现 :不同取跷方法本质上是相通的 ,有些甚至是可以互换的。同时针对传统取跷方法不能量化误差 ,线条变形量大 ,经验性强 ,不易掌握等缺陷 ,进行了深入研究与实践 ,找到了一种新的“优化取跷法”。提出了双向取跷概念 ,量化了样板长度 ,稳定了旋转中心 ,是对取跷方法的新的突破和理论提升。

The conception and the form of the warpage was redefined,as well as the essential was opened out. According to the research about the method,the discovery is that the traditional different five kinds of methods in warpage are actually interlinked,even some of them can be substituted. Moreover,a optimizing method on the basis of deep researching and practice was presented,which correct some disadvantages that can not measure error between them,obvious change occur on the line,need plenty of experience as well as hard to master. Meanwhile the new conception of the warpage was put forward,which can be rotated from two directions,the length of the prototype can be measured and the center of rotation is more steady. The new method is more great breakthrough and promotion in theory than that of before.
