摘要
采用蒸镀法制备掺杂的二氧化锡电热膜,并研究了溶液成分,掺杂浓度对电热膜的电阻、电阻温度特性以及红外辐射性能的影响,得到电阻性能稳定且发射率高的高温红外电热膜。
Impurity SnO2 electrothermal films are prepared by means of Evaporation.The effects of solution component and impurity concentration on room resistance values,resistance-temperature characteristics and infrared radiation characteristics of the electrothermal films have been studied.So a high-temperature infrared electrothermal film have been prepared with high resistance performance and high emissivity.
