摘要 目的:探索荧光皮肤血流仪应用中荧光素钠的最佳给药剂量和给药后的最佳检测时间。方法:选家兔为实验动物,分别给予不同剂量的荧光素钠,分别于给药后10、20、30、60、120、180、360min,用荧光皮肤血流仪对家兔皮肤荧光强度进行检测,对检测数据进行分析处理。结果:实验结果提示4mg/kg为最佳给药量,给药后20min为最佳检测时间,6小时后可重复给药。结论:本动物实验结果提示,荧光皮肤血流仪可用于检测动物皮肤血流状况,该仪器相关指标的获取为其进一步进行实验研究和临床应用奠定了基础。 Objective To probe the optimum dosage of fluorescein sodium and the optimum detecting time following intravenous administration in the application of demofluorometer. Methods Twenty-eight rabbits were divided into four groups and the various dosage of fluorescein sodium were administrated individually in each group. The fixed situs in the rabbit skin was detected at 10、20、30、60、120、180、360 min after injection with the demofluorometer. Results 4mg/kg was the best dosage for rabbit.The best detecting time was at 20 min after injection, and fluorescein sodium could be administrated repeatedly after 6 hours following the first injection. Conclusion This study demonstrated that the demofluorometer could be applied in animal.The relevant data from this study would settle the firm basis of the further investigation and application in clinical.
