Q-开关红宝石激光治疗面部色素增加性病变

Q-switched Ruby laser in the Treatment of facial pigmentation: Report of 156 cases

目的:观察Q-开关红宝石激光选择性治疗面部色素增加性病变的疗效和可能产生的副作用。方法:运用Q-开关红宝石激光不同的剂量对面部各个部位发生的色素增加性病变进行治疗,脉宽30nm,光斑直径3.5～5.0mm,能量密度3.6～13.0J/cm2,观察3～6月为1个疗程。结果:治疗156例患者,三次治愈率为92.3%,有效率100%。术后无1例发生色素减退和脱失。结论:Q-开关红宝石激光治疗面部色素增加性病变疗效满意,可以考虑为治疗面部色素增加性病变的首选方法之一。

Objective To observe clinical changes in patients with facial pigmentation treated with Q-switched Ruby laser. Methods A 3.6-13.0 J/cm2 energy fluency with 30ns pulse duration and 3.5~5.0mm spot size were employed in 156 patients with various parts of facial pigmentation.Treatment intervals were 3~6 months. Results After 3 times of treatment, there was a marked therapeutic effect (92.3%)achieved. Conclusion Q-switched Ruby laser was excellent in curing facial pigmentation.
