招风耳矫治探讨

Experience and progress for correction of prominent ears

目的:介绍联合应用Stenstrom和Mustarde法矫治招风耳畸形的临床经验,并通过文献复习介绍近年来招风耳矫治的进展情况。方法:常规定点,耳后切除梭形皮肤, 于对耳轮嵴部行耳前皮下剥离,并在软骨表面反复擦刮或刻痕,以破坏该处软骨表面结构,然后于耳后对耳轮嵴部行Mustarde褥式缝合,使耳软骨按设计向后卷曲形成对耳轮嵴。结果:应用该法施行手术12例,均获得了外形良好、轮廓自然、角度正常的耳廓形态,随访6～18个月,无一例复发。结论:这种联合应用的技术简单方便,易于掌握,疗效确切,并发症少,复发率低,所形成对耳轮嵴形态及耳廓角度自然逼真,是招风耳整形术的最佳方案之一。未来的招风耳治疗方法将倾向于早期非手术矫治为主。

Objective To introduce our experience for correction of prominent ears by a practical method which amalgamate selected maneuvers based in Stenstrom′s and Mustarde′s techniques.Recent progress was presented after documents review. Methods Preoperative design was in routine way.A small ellipse of posterior auricular skin was removed.The anterior area of the anthelix was dissected subcutaneously and the surface of cartilage was scoring thoroughly.Then,the flat anthelix cartilage was folded posteriorly with Mustarde mattress sutures to form anthelix fold as design. Results This method was applied in 12 cases.All the patients were satisfied with the improvement in the appearance of their ears for the excellent and natural shape and normal cephaliauricular angle.After 6~18 months followed-up,there was no relapse. Conclusion This combined technique presented is safe,easy to perform,and has few complication,and its final outcome is reproducible and long-lasting.The anthelix and cephaliauricular angle produced by this method are natural and vivid,so It can be considered a standard technique.The corrective otoplasty in the future trends to early nonsurgical procedures.
