应用促红细胞生成素(EPO)防治低体重儿贫血(附30例报道)

The Prevention and Treatment of Anemia in Low Weight Infant by Applying EPO (with 30 Cases Report)

目的 :探讨促红细胞生成素 (EPO)防治低体重儿贫血的临床意义。方法 :将 30例低体重儿随机分成治疗组及对照组。治疗组生后第 7天起给予EPO及铁剂 (力蜚能 )治疗 ,对照组仅予铁剂治疗。两组均治疗 4周。结果 :两组在生后Hb、RBC、HCT均有下降 ,其中治疗组下降程度较轻 ,两组有显著差异性。两组血清Fe 生后均逐渐下降 ,而治疗组下降更明显 ,两组有显著差异性。但治疗结束后 ,治疗组血清Fe 上升。结论 :早期使用EPO能减轻低体重儿的贫血程度 ;补充足够的铁剂是保证疗效的重要因素。

Objective:To discuss the clinical significance of EPO for prevention and treatment of anemia in low weight infants.Method:30 infants with low weight were randomly divided into the treatment group and the comparison group.The former was applied EPO and chalybeate (Niferex) seven days after birth;the latter only chalybeate.Both groups experienced a four-week treatment.Results:Both groups appeared decreasing in Hb,RBC,HCT after birth.The treatment group decreasec more slightly.Both groups showed the significant differcnces.The plasma Fe~ of both decreased gradually after birth,while the treatment group appeared more significantly.Both groups showed the singnificant differences.However,when treatment was finished,the plasma Fe~ of the treatment group elevated.Conclusion:EPO being applied early can lessen the anemia in low weight infants.Enough chalybeate being supplemented is the important factor for ensuring the efficacy.
