摘要
目的 观察青蒿琥酯是否抑制中性粒细胞趋化功能,探讨青蒿琥酯的部分抗炎机理。方法 青蒿琥酯组及对照组小鼠皮下注射白三烯B4,比较两组小鼠真皮组织病理的多形核细胞数量差异;比较青蒿琥酯组与对照组对白介素-8所致的人外周血中性粒细胞起化数量的差异;观察外用青蒿琥酯治疗实验刺激型接触性皮炎的疗效。结果 青蒿琥酯明显抑制由三烯B4所致的小鼠皮肤多形核细胞浸润数量(P<0.01);青蒿琥酯也明显抑制白介素-8所致的人体外周血中性粒细胞趋化功能(P<0.01);青蒿琥酯治疗实验刺激型接触性皮炎有效。结论 青蒿琥酯的抗炎机制可能与抑制中性粒细胞趋化有关。
Objective To observe that whether artesunate can suppress chemotaxis function of neutrophil or not and
to explore partly anti-inflammation activity of artesunate. Methods Both artesunate group mice and control group mice
were injected LTB4 at subcutis,then we compared to quantity of polymorphonuclear cell in skin histopathology examina-
tion; To compare to quantity of neutrophil with resulting from IL-8 as chemotactic reagent between artesunate group and
control group in human peripheral blood;to evaluate efficacy in artesunate treatment experimental ICD. Results Quantity
of polymorphonuclear cell in artesunate goup was less than that in the control group;Chemotaxis function of neutrophil in
the artesunate group was lower than that in the control group;The time of fully recovery from illness was shorter in artesu-
nate group than that in control group. Conclusion The study indicates that one of mechanisms of anti-inflammation of arte-
sunate may be that neutrophil'chamotaxis function is suppressed by artesunate.
