乳酸软膏治疗寻常型鱼鳞病和手足皲裂症的疗效和安全性的观察

Observation of The Efficacy and Safety of Compound Lactic Acid Ointment in Trating Ichthyosis Vulgaris and Rhagadia Manus et Pedis

目的 观察复方乳酸软膏治疗寻常型鱼鳞病和手足皲裂的疗效和安全性。方法 采用随机双盲、空白对照的临床观察。结果 复方乳酸软膏较对照基质对寻常型鱼鳞病和手足皲裂症的疗效好,治疗4周后有效率为92.3％,不良反应少。结论 复方乳酸软膏对治疗鱼鳞病和手足皲裂症的疗效确切,耐受性好,安全性高,可供临床选用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of compound lactic acid ointment in treating ichthyosis vulgais and rhagadia manus et pedis. Methods A randomized double-dummy placebo-contolled study. Results The com- pound lactic acid ointment had superiorer efficacy to placebo in the treatment of ichthyosis vulgais and rhagadia manus et pedis, effective rate was 92.3% after a 4-week treatment duration, few side events were observed. Conclusion The com- pound lactic acid ointment has definite efficacy and well tolerated in treating ichthyosis vulgais and rhagadia manus et pedis.
