自体表皮移植术与自血疗法治疗白癜风的疗效比较和电镜观察

Treatment of vitiligo with epidermal autografts vs. topical own-blood injection

目的 :比较自体表皮移植术和自血疗法治疗白癜风的疗效。方法 :对 2 0 0例稳定期局限型白癜风患者采用负压发疱后自体表皮移植治疗 5 0例 ,其中对 5例白斑处分离的表皮和移植后表皮做电镜检查 ;余 15 0例行自血白斑处皮内注射治疗。结果 :自体表皮移植组痊愈率 ( 70 % )明显高于自血疗法组 ( 10 % ) ;白斑表皮移植前无黑素小体 ,移植有效后于表皮可见黑素颗粒。结论

Objective To compare the efficacy of epidermal autografts and topical own-blood injection on patients with vitiligo. Methods 200 cases with stable localized vitiligo were divided into two groups: 50 patients were treated with suction blister epidermal grafting, of 5 patients whose epidermal samples before and after treatment were studied by electron microscope;the other 150 patients were treated with topical own-blood injection. Results The cure rate in epidermal autografts group was 70% which showed a significant difference compared with the other group (10%). There have been seen melanin particles in epidermis after autografts by electronic microscope. Conclusion epidermal autografts is now a highly efficient therapy for stable vitiligo.
