目的 通过对土家族药物黄瓜香的显微鉴别研究 ,填补湖南湘西地区土家族药物生药学研究的空白 ,并为土家族药物的开发利用及质量标准的制定提供依据。方法 应用药材性状鉴别、显微鉴别法鉴定。结果 黄瓜香茎的横切面一般为初生构造 ,富含粘液细胞及草酸钙结晶 ,气孔轴式为直轴式。结论 茎、叶。

Objective To study the microscopic identification of Viola diffusa Ging., and to provide a basis for its development,utilization and formulation of its quality control standard.Methods Characteristic identification and microscopic identification were used.Results The cross section of the cane of Viola diffusa showed that its structure was mainly primary, and it often contained many mucilage cells and calcium oxalate crystals. Its stomatic types was perpendicular.Conclusion The microscopic study of its cane, leaf and flower could provide a basis for the identification of the plant.
