摘要
目的 建立夏桑菊颗粒中熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法 高效液相色谱法。结果 采用 DiamonsilC1 8柱 ,流动相为 :甲醇 -水 -冰乙酸 -三乙胺 (95∶ 5∶ 0 .3∶ 0 .0 2 ) ,流速为 0 .8m L· min- 1 ,检测波长为 2 15 nm,理论塔板数按熊果酸色谱峰计不低于 6 0 0 0。熊果酸在 16 .8~ 5 0 .4μg· m L- 1 范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9998,平均回收率为 97.5 8% ,RSD为 1.5 8% (n=5 )。结论 该方法简单易行 ,结果准确。
Objective To establish a method for determination of ursolic acid in Xiasangju Granules by HPLC.Method A HPLC method was established by using a C 18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) as analytical column , MeOH-H 2O-HOAC-TEA (95∶5∶0.3∶0.02)as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min -1,and detection wavelength was 215 nm.Results The linearity was obtained at the range of 16.8~50.4 μg·mL -1 for ursolic acid(r =0.999 7).The average recovery was 97.58% with RSD 1.58%(n=5).Conclusion The method is easy and simple, accurate with good reppearance.
