正交试验法制备大黄素包合物工艺优选研究

目的 研究大黄素 -羟丙基 -β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺。方法 采用正交试验法优选大黄素 -羟丙基 -β-环糊精的包合工艺。结果 以包合物的溶解度为指标 ,筛选出最佳工艺为 A1 B1 C1 ,即大黄素和 HP-β- CD的比值为 1∶ 18,,包合温度为 6 0℃ ,搅拌时间为 2 h。结论 经羟丙基 -β-环糊精包合后 ,大黄素的溶解度由0 .0 14 mg/ m L增加到 3.97m g/ m L ,增加了 2

Objective To study the preparative procedure of inclusion compound of emodin-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin.Method The preparative procedure of inclusion compound was optimized by orthogonal test.Result The experimental data showed that the optimum procedure for inclusion was A 1B 1C 1,that is,the ratio of emodin and HP-β-CD was 1∶18, inclusion temperature was 60 ℃ and inclusion time was 2 h.Conclusion The solubility of emodin increased from 0.014 mg/mL to 3.97 mg/mL when it was included by HP-β-CD.
