立井深部工作面深孔预注浆

摘要 总结北票3个立井工作面采用少孔高压预注浆、注浆设备、注浆特点、注浆材料和注浆工艺及效果. Three shafts at Beipiao, Taiji and Guangshan Coal mines are 6.2 to 7.6m in finished diameter and 893.7 to 1025.3 m in depth. Shaft sinking penetrated through beds with complex construction, developed fissures, heavy fissure water and high overburden pressure. Inflow is about 146 to 742 m^3/h. Efficiency of stopping water up after grouting achieved 79 to 94%. Deep-holes for grouting are drilled by B-3 type 1000m drill. Drill room is developed and drill is installed before grouting. Explorate geological conditions while grouting. Stopping water rock caps are used instead of artificial concrete stopping water pads. 9 ΜΓΡgrouting pump, which capacity is 13m^3/h and pressure is from 15 to 18 MPa, is used to groute. Grouting material is cement grout. Auxiliary shaft at Taiji coal mine was designed with 6 grouting deep-holes. After 2 deep-holes were grouted, inflow decreases from 146 m^3/h to 9.8 m^3/h. Stopping water efficiency is 94%.
