氨甲蝶呤及氨甲蝶呤配伍米非司酮治疗输卵管妊娠的对比研究

Comparison of methotrexate alone and combined with mifepristone in treatment of tubal pregnancy

目的 比较单用MTX及MTX配伍米非司酮治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法 12 6例实验组肌注MTX 5 0mg及口服米非司酮 15 0mg;对照组 12 0例肌注MTX 5 0mg。结果 实验组成功 113例 ,成功率为 89.6 8% ;对照组成功 88例 ,成功率为73.33% ,二者统计学差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。Fernandez评分 >12分者 ,实验组为 6 1.5 3% ,对照组为 2 7.2 7% ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 MTX和米非司酮的作用机制不同 ,联合用药具有协同作用 ,可提高治疗成功率 。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of MTX alone or combined with mifepristone in treating tubal pregnancy. Method Group A of 126 patients with tubal pregnancy were given 50 mg of MTX intramuscularly and 150 mg of mifepristone orally,whereas group B of 120 patients were administered 50 mg of MTX alone intramuscularly. Results The success rate in group A was 89.68% whereas that in group B was 73.33%,with a statistically significant difference.The patients with Fernandez's scores over 12 accounted for 61.53% in group A and 27.27% in group B. Conclusions Combined use of MTX and mifepristone has better efficacy than MTX alone in treating tubal pregnancy,suggesting the synergistic effect of the two drugs.
