MAC系统在脊柱前路固定中应用初步报告 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨MAC系统在脊柱前路固定中应用。方法 :从 2 0 0 2年 11月~ 2 0 0 3年 6月本院应用MAC系统行脊柱前路固定 2 0例。结果 :随访 7~ 11个月 ,平均 9个月 ,经X线拍片植骨全部愈合 ,MAC系统固定良好 ,重建了脊柱的稳定性。神经功能据Frankel分级术后 :A级 1例 ,B级 1例 ,C级 5例 ,D级 4例 ,E级 9例。结论 :前路减压 ,应用MAC系统固定临床效果良好 。
