摘要
介绍PTA氧化过程在线工艺计算技术开发与现场实施的重点和难点 ,利用基于氧化反应机理的过程模型 ,结合现场实施的在线模型参数校正及化验数据偏差校正的双重校正技术 ,开发在线工艺计算软件包 ,并在工业现场PTA氧化过程在线计算上得到成功应用。
The development and practical operation of an industrial online process calculation for PTA oxidation unit is introduced. The process calculation is based on a first principle model, which is tuned by practical process data. In order to increase the predict accuracy of online process calculation, the online double correct technique, which combines online model parameters tuning and laboratory assay value bias correcting with different periods, is developed. The online process calculation software package is proved to be successful by investigating the industrial practical application result.
