<abstract>me problems often occurred in the process of operation of steel tubular heat exchanger were analyzed. The corresponding measures needing consideration and adoption in the process of design and bundle fabrication were proposed to secure the heat exchanger without leakage in the process of operation and to satisfy the requirement of production unit long period operation.
