摘要
采用应力计算法分析优化塔裙连接结构及柔性槽尺寸,改进了焦炭塔塔裙连接结构设计。采用 局部更换裙座的现场施工方法,解决了在役焦炭塔塔裙连接部位的疲劳裂纹问题,延长了焦炭塔的使用寿 命,使安全生产得到了有效保证。
<abstract> the use of stress calculation method, the connection structure and flexible slot size of drum skirt were analyzed and optimized, and the connection structure design of coke drum skirt was improved. By means of adopting the construction method in situ for local renewal of skirt,the problem of fatigue crack at the connection part of coke drum skirt in service was solved. The service life of coke drum was prolonged. The safe production was secured effectively.
