甲醇装置运行三年中,转化炉炉衬出现了许多问题,曾多次停工抢修,严重危及甲醇装置的安全生产。经过调研,改进了炉衬结构,并选定山东鲁阳股份有限公司生产的含锆甩丝耐火纤维和冷面固定专利技术,成功的解决了炉衬存在的问题,实现了甲醇转化炉的长周期运行,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。

<abstract> the process of operation of methanol unit for 3 years, many problems were occurred in conversion furnace lining, and many times of shut down repair were happened, and the safe production of methanol unit was harmed seriously. By means of investigation and research, the furnace lining structure was improved, the zirconium-bear swaying wire fire resisting fiber material produced by Shandong Luyang Co. Ltd and the cold face fixed patent technology were adopted. The problems existed in furnace lining was solved successfully. The long period operation of methanol conversion furnace was realized. The obvious economic benefit and social benefit were obtained.
