摘要
通过控制 2 0Mn2SiVB钢的奥氏体化温度和空冷速度 ,可得到强韧性配合优良的含粒状贝氏体的混合组织。结果表明奥氏体化温度越高 ,空冷速度越快得到混合组织的均匀性越好 ,当组织均匀并以粒状贝氏体为主时 ,钢的拉伸变形一致 ,有效地阻碍了裂纹扩展 。
Controlling the austenitizing temperature and cooling rate of steel 20Mn2SiVB could get a mixture microstructure containing granular bainite with fine strength and toughness.The result shows that the better mixture microstructure's uniformity could be obtained with the higher heat treatment temperature and faster cooling rate.When the granular bainite dominates the microstructure,the tensile deformation is even,the crack propagation is prevented,and the toughness of the steel is increased.
