鼠白细胞介素-12质粒联合小剂量环磷酰胺对荷瘤小鼠NK及巨噬细胞功能的影响

摘要 目的　探讨联合应用鼠白细胞介素 - 12双亚基共表达质粒 (p Cm IL- 12 )和小剂量环磷酰胺 (CTX)治疗小鼠黑色素瘤的效果以及对 NK和巨噬细胞功能的影响。方法　荷瘤小鼠经肌注 p Cm IL- 12和皮下注射 CTX后 ,观察肿瘤大小 ,测定小鼠 NK细胞杀伤活性、腹腔巨噬细胞杀伤活性及 NO释放量。结果　肿瘤重量、NK和巨噬细胞杀伤活性及 NO释放量的结果提示 p Cm IL- 12与 CTX合用具有交互 (协同 )作用。结论　联合应用 p Cm IL- 12质粒和小剂量环磷酰胺有较明显的抑瘤作用 ,并可增强荷瘤小鼠
