地高辛血浓度监测及其影响因素分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的 :通过对 190例患者地高辛血药浓度监测 ,分析影响地高辛血浓度的因素 ,制订合理给药方案 ,使地高辛用药安全、有效。方法 :使用荧光偏振免疫法监测地高辛血浓度 ,并统计分析年龄、疾病、合并用药等因素对地高辛血浓度的影响。结果 :年龄老化及疾病状态中肾功能不全、糖尿病和合并应用胺碘酮、排钾利尿药对地高辛血浓度有显著影响 (P <0 .0 5 )。肝功能及合用ACEI、保钾利尿药、钙离子拮抗药对地高辛血浓度无显著影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;结论 :对地高辛进行血药浓度监测具有非常重要的意义。 Objective: To analyse the influence factors of digoxin blood concentration by monitoring digoxin blood concentration in 190 cases, establishing a rational drug use regimen to promote the safety and effectiveness for digoxin.Method: The digoxin blood concentration was monitored by fluorescence polarizing immunization, the influence factors, such as age, disease, and combined with drug, were analysed. Result: The influence of eldly, renal insufficiency, diabetes, and combined with amiodarone, diuretics eliminating potassium on digoxin blood concentration is obvious; hepatic function, diuretics retaining potassium, calcium channel blockers had no influence. Conclusion: It is a very impotant significance for monitoring digoxin blood concentration.
