摘要
目的 :通过 5种抗癌药物最低杀癌细胞浓度的确定 ,对其杀灭Tca8113细胞的能力进行比较。方法 :将紫杉醇等 5种抗癌药物制成不同浓度的供试品 ,作用于Tca8113细胞 ,通过电镜观察细胞形态变化 ,得到最低杀癌细胞浓度。结果 :5种抗癌药中以紫杉醇的杀癌细胞作用最佳 ,平阳霉素的作用最差。结论 :各药对Tca8113细胞均有明显的杀灭作用 ,紫杉醇作用最强。
Objective: To compare ability of five antineoplastics, determined minimum cancer cell-killed concentration, to kill Tca8113 cells. Method: The different concentration of donor samples of five antineoplastics(as paclitaxel) were made to act for Tca8113 cells, the minimum cancer cell-killed concentrations were obtained. Result: The action of paclitaxel on cancer cell was good, pingyang mycin was lowest. Conclusion: Five antineoplastics have a obvious killing action on Tca8113 cells but paclitaxel is strongest.
