摘要
目的 :用HPLC法测定克林霉素搽剂的含量。方法 :C18色谱柱 ,以磷酸二氢铵溶液 (pH3.0 ) -甲醇 (2 10 :30 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 14nm。结果 :线性范围为 0 .2~ 2 .0mg·ml-1,回归方程Y =9.117× 10 5X +3.10 2× 10 4(r =0 .9999,n =5 )。回收率为 99.7% ,RSD =1.0 2 %。结论 :该方法简便、快速、准确。
Objective: To establish a methed for determination of the clindamycin liniment by HPLC.Method: A ODS column was used,the mobile phase consisted of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH 3.0 ) and methanol (210:300,V/V),the detecting wavelength was at 214 nm.Result: The culibration curve was linear within a range of 0.2 - 2.0 mg·ml -1 for the clindamycin liniment,the regression equation was Y= 9.117 ×10 5X+ 3.102 ×10 4 (r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.7% ,RSD= 1.02% . Conclusion: The method is rapid,simple, and accurate.
