三峡船闸人字门安装技术

摘要 三峡船闸特大型人字门安装精度要求高、安装部件复杂、测控难点多.施工单位对人字门的测量控制、焊接变形控制、背拉杆调试等方面进行了分析,选取了较合理的方法.实践证明,所采用的技术是有效的,可供类似工程借鉴参考. The gigantic mitre gates of the Three G orge s Project ship lock feature a high accuracy for erection, more complex componen ts and great difficulties in measuring control. Some problems on measuring cont rol, welding deformation and related regulations and tests were analyzed by the constructors, to be capable of finding a more rational solution for erecting. The practice has already shown the effectiveness of the erection solution adop ted, which may be used for reference to other similar projects.
