摘要 电子陶瓷材料正经历着由微米技术向纳米技术发展的过程。对电子陶瓷材料的纳米尺寸效应、纳米技术及代表纳米特征的相关技术的研究就显得日益重要。该文讨论了电子陶瓷材料领域中纳米科学和纳米技术的研究进展以及未来的发展趋势。 Electroceramic materials are following in the footsteps of conventional semiconductors with respect to further down-scaling miniaturization, and are experiencing the same evolution from microtechnology towards nanotechnology. Nanoscience, nanotechnology related processes, nano-size effects, and the use of new characterization techniques to reveal nanometric scale features are therefore gaining in importance. Recent research in electroceramics and evolving trends for the future are discussed in the paper.
