社会建构论的技术界定与政策含义被引量：7

Technical Definition to Social Constructivist and Its Policy Implications

摘要社会建构论把技术界定为一种社会行动 ,技术要素包括参与了技术发展的各类因素。然而 ,社会行动并不能包括技术的全部 ,本文尝试提出“技术是部分地社会建构的”这一命题 ,建立了一种技术内容的“可塑因—不可塑因”的二分法。社会建构论的技术界定具有丰富的政策含义 ,它包含了一种建构论的政策思想 ,强调政策工具的地方导向和行动导向 ,并涉及政策的有效作用空间问题。
