摘要
本文对基于永磁同步电动机的航空宽调速交流伺服系统的控制方法进行了研究。航空永磁电动机是一台高速,低惯量的电动机,在控制中不仅需要保证全调速范围有好的快速性、低超调量,还需要克服因电动机非正弦磁场、齿槽效应与功率电路换流产生的扰动。文中对PI控制系统存在的问题进行了分析,提出和设计了模糊控制器,经仿真证实,该设计获得理想的性能。
In this paper the fuzzy control method of aviation wide-range speed regulation servo system based on PMSM is studied. Concerned that the aviation PMSM is a motor with high speed and little load inertia coefficient,the control method should not only assure the good dynamic performance,but also restrain the disturbance brought up by the un-sinusoidal magnetic field,alveolar effect and the ripple of current. This paper also analyzes the problems in the PI control system,designs the fuzzy control system,and proves the correctness of the designed system by simulation.
