摘要 3-6 kV的中压交流异步电动机多用于驱动风机、泵类负载,调速运行是节能的重要途径。绕线式异步电动机的双馈调速既可调节转速,又可调节电网侧的功率因数,而且变频器工作在低压侧,成本远远低于定子侧全功率、全电压调速方式。高可靠性、高效率的调速方案,配以高可靠性、低成本的控制装置,在风机水泵节能方面,替代价格昂贵的进口中压变频装置,也具有广阔的前景。该调速方式在国外已经引起了广泛的重视。 3-6 kw AC middle voltage asynchronous motor normally be used in fan and water pump character load. For energy economizing, the most efficient way is speed variety. The double fed speed variety winding asynchronous motor can adjust both rotor revolution and power factor. Further more, the converter work in low voltage side (motor's rotor) would costs much less than one in middle voltage side (motor's stator) .which controlled in full power and full voltage. For fan and water pump character load energy economizing,low voltage converter,because of the speed variety technique in high reliable and high efficiency combined with the control device in high reliable and low cost, should replace the middle voltage converter, which is imported by high price. This kind of speed variety technique has the bright future,and caused great recognition in advanced country.
