摘要
应用光学金相、X 射线衍射 (XRD)、扫描电镜 (SEM)和透射电镜 (TEM ) ,研究Co Cr W系钴基多元合金等离子转移弧堆焊的显微组织、相组成和微观结构。结果表明 ,堆焊合金层主要由呈面心立方结构Co基固溶体以及分布在其中的 (Cr ,Fe) 7C3型碳化物构成。Co基固溶体中存在许多堆积层错 ,这些堆积层错受阻于共晶碳化物处 ,与固溶体组成共晶体的碳化物主要为具有六方点阵并含有层片状孪晶的 (Cr,Fe) 7C3。
The microstructure, phase composition and microscopical analysis of Co-Cr-W series cobalt-based multi-component alloy deposited by PTA surfacing are investigated using optical microscope, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, and transmission electron microscope. The results show that the alloy layer from cobalt-based solid solution is in face-centered cubic structure, and the (Cr,Fe) 7C 3 is dispersed within it. Meanwhile, there is a lot of stacking fault ribbons and they are blocked by eutectic carbide. The (Cr,Fe) 7C 3 is hexagonal lattice with lamellar and flake twin.
