摘要
针对我国新疆某地伴生锌、砷的复杂铜精矿 ,研究低温、低压 ( 110℃ ,10 0~ 5 0 0kPa)浸出新工艺。黄铜矿氧化率可达到98% ,黄铁矿氧化率低于 10 % ,实现了黄铜矿的选择性浸出。砷与铁形成稳定的砷酸铁进入浸出渣 ,90 %以上的硫生成元素硫。
A novel pressure leaching process with low temperature and pressure(110℃,100~500kPa) is developed in accordance with the complex copper concentrate containing arsenic and zinc from Xinjiang of China. The selective leaching of chalcopyrite is achieved, the rate of oxidation of chalcopyrite reaches 98% and pyrite is lower than 10%. The arsenic in the concentrate is precipitated with ferric ion into the residue, and about 90% of the sulphur becomes elemental form remaining in the residue.
