摘要
采用正交实验方法研究铝酸钠溶液的表面张力数学模型。结果表明 ,Na2 O浓度和温度对溶液表面张力的影响显著 ,Al2 O3浓度影响不显著 ,交互相和二次相的影响可以忽略。溶液表面张力随Na2 O和Al2 O3浓度增加而增加 ,随温度升高而降低。数学模型在试验区拟合很好 ,由数学模型计算得出的表面张力与实际测量值偏差较小 ,可以满足氧化铝生产的实际需要。
The mathematical model on surface tension of sodium aluminate solution is established by the orthogonal experiment method. The results show that concentration of Na 2O and temperature are remarkable for effect on surface tension of the solution, but concentration of Al 2O 3 is not remarkable, and their reciprocal effect and quadratic effect on surface tension of the solution are neglectable. The surface tension of solution increases with the increase of the concentration of Na 2O and Al 2O 3, decreases with the temperature rising. The mathematical model has a high precision during the experimental condition, and the calculated value of surface tension by the mathematical model is consonant with the measurement, the deviation is within the requirements of the Al 2O 3 production practice.
