摘要 用粉煤灰等高铝工业废弃物制备含C4 A3S矿物和氟化物的快硬充填水泥。结果表明 ,快硬充填水泥具有显著的特点 :水泥石有一定的微膨胀 ;水泥的早期强度提高 ,胶结细物料的能力强 ;与硅酸盐水泥相比 ,烧成温度降低 5 0~ 10 0℃ ;生料中工业废弃物量大 ,黏土用量少。充填专用水泥成本与硅酸盐水泥相比降低 2 0~ 5 0元 /t,经济效益和社会效益显著。 A kind of quick-hardening cement containing C 4A 3S and fluoride for backfilling is prepared by use of high alumina content industrial wastes such as fly ash. It is proven that there are some significant features in the cement. The slightly volume expansion is produced in the cementation process. The early strength of the cement body is high and the cementation ability for fine tailings is powerful. The sintering temperature of quick-hardening cement is lower than normal cement by 50~100℃. There are more industrial wastes and less clay in raw materials of the quick-hardening cement. Compared to the Portland cement, the production cost of the backfilling cement is reduced by 20~50 RMB/t. The novel cement development has significant economical and social benefit.
