摘要
在一种废钢运输加料斗的设计过程中利用有限元方法模拟动载荷与冲击载荷 ,分析结构强度 ,利用拓扑优化方法改进结构设计。改进后的结构质量是原来的 45 % ,强度符合使用要求 ,适应公路运输的特点。
The impact load and dynamic load are simulated and the strength of the structure is analyzed by finite elements analysis, and improves parts internal structure is optimized by means of topology in the design of a scrap steel container. The weight of the improved scrap steel container is reduced by a factor of 55%, and the structure fits the requirements of load and road transportation, and the strength of the container is no problem for practical adoption.
