摘要
提出了基于DCT(离散)的BP网进行字符识别的步骤和方法,该方法在很大程度上克服了BP网进行字符识别的缺陷,并且已经在上海福利彩票数字识别中获得成功应用。
In this paper, a novel method is presented combining BP network with discrete cosine transform (DCT), and has been used in numeral recognition of Shanghai Welfare Lottery. The method can overcome the shortcoming of slow convergence rate of BP network greatly.
