在社会主义市场经济已经确立并逐步完善的今天,我国高校教师培训在培训体制、资源配置、培训模式等方面存在的一些带根本性的问题,已成为制约和影响高校教师培训进一步发展的"瓶颈"因素。改革培训体制、优化资源配置、创新培训模式势在必行。

With the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economy system, some essential problems such as training system, resource allocation and training models are becoming the bottle-neck of further development of higher education teacher training. Therefore, it's imperative to reform training system, optimize resource allocation and initiate new training model.
