摘要
本文以 B303Q 型钴钼耐硫变换催化剂为例,研究了有关反应器材质、活性评价基准以及颗粒直径的影响。认为以二级反应速率常数作为催化剂宏观特性,不受反应组成的影响,并具有计算过程简捷的优点。求得了不同粒径的反应速率常数之比以及同颗粒直径和温度的关系式。
The influence of catalyst diameter,criteria for activity evaluation and reactor on the catalytic activity of spherical Co-Me atalysts were investigated with the sphericaI Co Me sulfur resistant water gas shift catalyst B303Q.As an expression of macro activity of the ca- talyst,the rate constant of the second order reaction is not affected by the reactants and is easy to calcuiate as well.The results show that the catalysts,with diameters of 3.5,4.2 and 5,0mm,respectively, differ greatly in their reaction rates.
