该文介绍了美国教育技术CEO论坛STaR评估量表的结构和用法,该评估量表已经成为美国一些州及学校衡量本单位教育信息化发展水平的标尺。文章还分析了这项评估对于我国教育信息化研究在策略和方法上的启示。
STaR chart, which was designed by American CEO Forum for assessing school technongy and readiness, has been used by many states and school districts in America. This paper introduces STaR chart to China, focusing on its design strategy which may promote research and policy making on technology in education.
