直面绿色壁垒,寻求“破壁”对策——加入WTO年看山东苍山蔬菜产品出口

Facing the Green Barrier Directly and to Seek the Countermeasures of Breaking through the BarrierExport of Vegetable in the First Year to Join WTO in Cangshan County of Shandong Province

我国加入WTO后,绿色壁垒和技术壁垒制约着我国农产品的出口贸易。通过对山东省苍山县入世第一年蔬菜产品出口的分析,论述了绿色壁垒的涵义、对我国农产品出口的影响、蔬菜出口面临的形势、存在的问题及冲破绿色壁垒的对策。

After joined WTO,the barrier of green and technique restricted the agricultural product's export trade.This paper analyzed the vegetable product's export in the first year to join WTO in Cangshan county of Shandong Province,discussed the connotation of the green barrier,the influence on agricultural product's export,the situation of vegetable export,the problems existed and the countermeasures of breaking throungh the barrier.k
