There were important significance to exploit rich natural resources in Enshi minority region.Superiorities and problems of resource exploitation were analyzed.Development strategies of industry was to develop ecology tourism and green agricultural production of rich Se and to establish a modernized production base for medicinal materials.Resource superiority should be converted to production superiority.k
