摘要 用于合成气脱氧净化的DO系列催化剂具有贵金属使用效率高,脱氧活性和稳定性好、副反应少的优点。对用于羰基合成模试反应前后催化剂TEM-EDAX分析结果和脱氧催化剂工业应用试验的结果表明,在净化流程中,设置合成气脱硫、脱酸性气体、脱羰基铁等的预净化装置是十分必要的。 The DO type catalysts for removing oxygen from synthesis gas possesses the followting advantages: high utilization of noble metal, excellent deoxygenizing activity and stability, rare subsidiary reaction. The analytical data of the catalyst before and after pilot test of oxosynthesis reacion by TEM-EDAX and the results of industrial application test of the catalyst show that it is necessary to install a set of prepurifying units in front of a deoxygenizing reactor for removal of sulfide, acidic gases and carbonyl iron etc. from synthesis gas by use of the purifying process.
