摘要
用热重法研究了T305氧化锌脱硫剂脱除H_2S反应的宏观动力学。研究表明,脱硫反应动力学行为可用等效粒子模型描述。给出了该模型的各参数估值,分析了孔扩散、粒子内扩散及烧结对反应行为的影响。
The macrokinetics of H_2S removal by T305 desulfurizer was studied.The experiment results showed that the kinetic behavior could be described by the equivalent grain model.The activation energies of reaction and diffusion were found to be 13.523 and 26.319 kJ/mol, respectively,The values of parameters in the model were obtained. The effect of pore diffusion, solid diffusion in grain and sintering on the macrokinetic behavior of H_2S removal were discussed.
