摘要 研究了在高温(750℃,940℃和1200℃)焙烧后,Ba在CuO/Al_2O_3中对CO氧化活性的热稳定作用。催化剂制备采用了三种不同操作程序。用DTA、XRD和XPS等测试手段,分析了不同制备条件下催化剂中物相的变化。结果表明Ba的作用首先为促进活性相前驱体Cu_2(OH)_3NO_3在Al_2O_3表面上分散。在焙烧过程中,Ba的存在削弱了含铜相和Al_2O_3间的作用。在940℃焙烧后,阻滞了CuAl_2O_4晶相的形成,抑制了Al_2O_3的a相变。难熔的BaAl_(12)O_(10)可能为1200℃焙烧后起热稳定作用的相. The CO Oxidation activity of Cu-Ba-Al-0 catalysts prepared by different methods was determined,The surface property and the structural characteristics of the catalysts were investigated using surface area mesurement, DTA, XRD and XPS, The calcination temperature of the catalysts ranges from 750℃ to 1200℃. It was found that addition of barium into CuO/Al_2O_3 could increase the surface area of the samples and inhibit sintering of the catalysts at high temperature.
